Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all BPI Cardholders who spend a minimum of One-Thousand Five-Hundred pesos (Php 1,500.00) on Lazada’s website at www.lazada.com.ph or Lazada mobile app using the code “BPIRAFFLE” upon check out.
2. Qualified subscribers will get a chance to win prizes from BPI
3. One successful order transaction that complies with the minimum spend requirements is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry.
4. Qualified customers can generate as many e-raffle entries as they can, if the minimum purchase amount is met and the promo code is entered.
5. Vouchers can be used for any product except those marked “Voucher Not Applicable on this item”

To Join the Promo:

1. Visit www.lazada.com.ph or open the mobile app
2. Select the item/s you wish to purchase then click "Add to Cart."
3. Enter or select your shipping information or option.
4. Select your payment option.
5. In the payment page, under Order Summary, click "Apply here“ after the question, “ Have voucher code?“ and enter the code “BPIRAFFLE”

Prize:

2. 10 winners: 1 Lazada voucher worth Php 3,000.00

Mechanics of the Raffle Draw:

1. The winner will be chosen electronically through the RANDOM.ORG program through the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative.
2. The draw date will take place no later than December 20, 2018. Draw venue is at Lazada’s main office located at the 23rd floor, Net Park Building, 4th Ave, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
3. The winner will be informed through phone call and registered mail and will be announced via Lazada’s official social media accounts (Facebook).
4. Employees of Lazada E-Services Phils. Inc. and BPI and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

Terms and Conditions:

1. By Joining the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics. Including but not limited to its terms and conditions.
2. Cancelled orders will be automatically disqualified from the raffle draw.
3. Prizes are transferable but only consist of what is listed above.
4. Lazada will transfer the contact details of the winners to BPI no later than seven (7) days from the date of the raffle draw. Lazada will oversee contacting the winner. The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice.
5. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the winner forfeits his/her claim to the prize prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
6. When claiming the prize, the winner needs to present two (2) original valid government issued IDs.
7. In case a winner’s representative will claim the prize, an original authorization letter executed by the winner must be presented together with the winner’s and representative’s valid proof of identification. The winner’s signature in the ID and the authorization letter presented must be the same. The authorization letter must state the full name of the representative claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
8. The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.
9. Winner shall pay the 20% tax of prizes exceeding Php. 10,000.00.
