1. Is Express Delivery available in my area?

Express Service is currently available on the following area:

  • GMA: Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, Pasay, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Quezon City, Caloocan, Marikina, Mandaluyong, Pasig & San Juan.
  • LAGUNA: Binan City, Cabuyao City, Calamba City, San Pedro, Santa Rosa City, Los Banos
  • CAVITE: Carmona, Alfonso, Amadeo, Bacoor, Dasmarinas, GMA, Gen. Trias, Imus, Indang, Mendez, Silang, Tagaytay City
  • CEBU: Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu – Lapu CIty
  • DAVAO: Davao City

2. Is Express Delivery available for all items?

Express Delivery is only available on items that are FULFILLED BY LAZADA within the size of 25cm x 25cm x 25cm or equal to < 5kgs

3. How much does Express Delivery cost? 

Shipping fee for Metro Manila and Luzon is PHP76

Shipping fee for Cebu and Davao is PHP85

4. Will you refund my Express Delivery charges if the item does not get delivered on time?  

There will be a refund of shipping fee if item is not delivered based on promise date. Non-Cash On Delivery orders will receive the refund the following day while Cash On Delivery needs to wait until their orders are tagged as delivered. Cash On Delivery customers are still required to pay the shipping fee to the courier and refund will be sent via voucher.

5. Is there a minimum purchase required to avail of Express Delivery?

None.

6. Which courier will deliver my item under Express Delivery?

7. Will you redeliver my item if you were unable to locate my address at first attempt?

Yes, courier is required to do 2nd attempt the following day.

8. Will I get an email or SMS when my item is already for delivery?

Yes, notification will be sent to your email once your order is ready to ship and SMS will be sent to you by the courier on the actual day of delivery.

9. How soon will my item arrive under Express Delivery?

Orders created between 12:01 AM to 10:59 AM will be delivered on the same day.

Orders created between 11:00 AM to 11:59pm will be delivered next day.

10. What if my chosen item exceeds the maximum dimension?

If in case some items exceed the maximum 25 cm dimension, items will be reshipped as standard and email notification will be sent to the customer before the day ends.
