Browser Commission Tracking

Browser transactions are tracked based on a last-click attribution. This means that the last link clicked by the customer before placing the order should be the affiliate link. A cookie which lasts for 30 days is dropped on the user’s browser to track the transaction back to the affiliate.

App Commission Tracking

Mobile app orders are tracked using a post-click attribution. Once the affiliate link is clicked, the user device ID is tracked for 7 days. The affiliate who owns the last affiliate link clicked by the customer will receive a commission regardless of the customer clicking other channels’ links before the placement of orders.

How long do I have to wait for my affiliate application to be approved/disapproved?

Within 1 to 2 days! Please be patient because we get many applications everyday.

How do I log into my affiliate dashboard?

If your application has been approved, you should have received an email with instructions on how to set up your account. For existing users, please login HERE.

Which banks can I specify for my bank account?

Payments are wired to banks ONLY. Local banks will be charged 5-10% withholding tax, foreign banks will be charged 10-15% withholding tax.

How do I get paid for my affiliate work for the month?

Once you have reached the minimum earning threshold for the month, you will be sent an invoice on the second week of the FOLLOWING month. Invoices are the final basis for payouts.

What is the minimum earning threshold for monthly payouts?

The minimum earning threshold in order for you to qualify for a payout is PHP 1,200 per month. If you don’t reach it, the amount will accumulate until you do.

How do I check my conversions and earnings?

You may check them on your Adsense affiliate dashboard. Please check the training materials that will be sent to you for more information once your affiliate application has been approved.
