Independent Drop Off Point (IDOP) Requirements
1. Operating registered business at outlet / business premises for a minimum 3 years period
2. Not a Lazada market place seller
3. Parking space availability for drop-off seller & pick-up driver
4. Presentable operations (clear walkway, clean floor)
5. Sufficient & secured space to place a storage of parcels received (Min 2 SqM / 500 parcels)
6. Operational days (Min. 6 days per week) & suitable operation hours during the day
7. Equipped with CCTV coverage
8. Has a computer / laptop with stable internet connection at the premises to access the system & scan the parcels
9. Personnel available to inbound & outbound parcels during operational hours
Documentations Requirements
1. BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration (COR) - colored scan and clear copy
2. BIR Official Receipt (OR) for Services / Sales Invoice (SI) for Purchases - colored scanned and clear copy
3. Authority to Print (ATP) - colored scanned and clear copy
4. Fully Accomplished Vendor Accreditation Templates- Excel soft copy
a. New Vendor Request
b. Updating of Vendor Details – should indicated the existing vendor code
i. Update of bank account
ii. Update of address, and/or
iii. Update of e-mail address – should no special character (refer to list of permitted and nonpermitted characters)
